Accused Vinay had shared the Intermediate Biology and Mathematics question papers in the WhatsApp group where he snapped the photos, police said.
The district inspector of schools (DIOS) recognized by his name Dinesh Kumar from Agra filled the FIR to facilitate his burning in Fatehpur Sikri.
