The problem started for the victim when her boyfriend and his friend attacked. Later, she was captured by 11 more people, all claimed to be photographers at RK Beach. It’s really scary that people in charge or trusted did something so bad. It is sad to see that this happened over two days and it shows a mistake by not helping or protecting the victim quickly.
The trouble of finding the crime is shown by a report not being found when it was filed on December 18. This later led to the arrests of eleven people involved in this event. But, the hunt for two more accused in Jharkhand is still going on. This makes us wonder if law enforcement is working well and whether they need to act more quickly in these kinds of situations.
The victim’s journey from being attacked to getting away and seeking comfort in her home village highlights the strength of survivors after such terrible crimes. She had to run away to another place just for security to tell us about a bigger problem. Not enough help and safety exist in their own towns where people who have been hurt need it the most.
