A place where creative people gather and work in a relatively free environment. Employees are allotted company time to work on individual, personal projects. Everyone is busy with their respective tasks, including presentations, meetings, and discussions.
Ram annoyingly departs from the boss’s cabin and goes to his own. Gazing at the files, he types speedily, pressing the keyboard hesitantly.
Ram murmurs to himself, “The boss is behaving cruelly, everything is skewed, and she says it is not good, doesn’t work, try better. She never liked my work, and every time she rejected my work and accepted others. I think it’s better to depart from this company. Let’s search for a new job. I’m not ready to bear her torture anymore.”
He goes to the boss’s cabin furiously. Daringly, he speaks out and resigns from his job. Finally, he enters into heaven.
The next day, he begins searching for jobs and attends interviews at many companies. However, he doesn’t receive any job offers. Despite consistently reaching the final round in interviews, he faces rejection. He has been trying for two months, sending numerous applications and receiving calls from companies, but with no success.
He was frustrated and attended an interview at a startup company. There he was selected for the final round, which promised to be very exciting. Ram became tense as his turn approached. However, when it was his turn, he confidently approached the manager.

The manager coolly asked for his details, and Ram answered the manager’s questions correctly. Finally, the manager posed a question: “Responsibility or Trust, which of the two do you believe in the most?” Ram thought carefully and answered that he believed in trust. He explained that with trust, someone would assign responsible tasks, and without belief, such opportunities wouldn’t arise.
The manager feels pleased with Ram’s reply and says, “You can happily have tea. In the meantime, we will inform you whether you are selected or not.” Ram thinks to himself that this job is also lost, but he still decides to have tea. “My fate is my fate,” he thinks and leaves the place.
While coming out of the cabin, the manager also emerges and says, “The time is up. You guys can leave.”
The freshers leave the office. Ram visits the canteen, and the manager also joins him. In the canteen, he becomes irritated and drinks tea. The manager observes him from a distance and later leaves the canteen. Shortly after, the manager calls Ram. Ram is shocked and enters the manager’s cabin. There, he finds a piece of paper that surprises him. In the end, the paper reveals that he has been selected by the company as a team leader.
He feels happy and celebrates the day with his friends. From the next day onwards, he goes to the office and starts his work. He performs well, but occasionally, he makes mistakes. Instead of getting angry, the manager addresses his mistakes in a sweet and friendly manner. The manager behaves politely, is friendly, deals with the employees in an eco-friendly way, and never expresses anger towards them.
Unexpectedly, the employees don’t complete the work offered by the manager. This irresponsibility led to the cancellation of the project, which would have brought them a significant amount of profit and value. The manager felt upset, and he received warnings from the directors. The delay caused by the team leaders made the manager appear irresponsible. Consequently, the team leaders started giving warnings to the employees.
The manager conducted a meeting and informed everyone to behave responsibly; otherwise, they would not be eligible to stay in the company. The manager gave them a short and sweet warning in an eco-friendly manner and concluded the meeting.
This surprised Ram a lot because the managers he had worked with in previous companies were very rude. They didn’t give any value or respect to their co-employees and always displayed an attitude during work or project submissions.
In the end, he felt happy and content to be a part of this company. He decided to work here until he got bored.
A good manager, without showing attitude or anger, and behaving in an eco-friendly and polite manner, makes the other employees feel comfortable and happy.
