Police Bust Prostitution Ring in Chennai Spa

On Saturday, a prostitution ring was busted and three individuals were apprehended by the Ramapuram police in Chennai. The police also rescued 10 women from the ring.
According to police, they had gotten a tip-off regarding a prostitution ring being run in Ramapuram’s Valluvar Salai at the Family Saloon and Spa Centre. Police force comprising of women officers conducted a raid at the saloon and spa centre and apprehended three individuals identified to be S. Manoharan, S. Ganesan and C. Sankar.
Various other items were also confiscated by the police including three cell phones, cash and a two-wheeler from the assailants. The women found at the scene were taken to the Government Home for Women.
