The body of Bihar youth, Prakash Kumar was found 2km away from the epicenter of violence with gunshot discovered on his forehead.
Haldwani violence leaded to demolishion of mosque and madrasa and death of five discovered lately. Prakash Kumar was one the worker who came in search of employment. ” The body was discovered 2-3km from the spot…..it could be a case of personal enmity , we will investigate who killed him and why ” said Nainital SSP Prahlad Narayan Meena, they are trying to ascertain the murder weapon, the investigation is still on progress.
speaking with prakash Kumar’s brother in-law Ankit Kumar Singh revealed that they came to know about prakash’s death on Saturday which is two days after the violence. ” He went to Haldwani in search of work, he might have consulted someone before going, we don’t have any family members there , he left Bihar on 7th February and reached there next day , he went there for first time he might have been clueless there , we think violence has started when he got off the train and reached Banbhoolpura.” Said Ankit.
SSP Meena is looking forward with this case according to information provided the district administration the deceased has been identified as Singh and Haldwani resident Faheem Qureshi (30), Zahid (45), his son Mohammad Anas (16), and Mohammad Shaban (22)
Faheem Qureshi’s family stated that he was shot dead by neighbour during the beginning of violence as he objected his vehicle to be set on fire. Zahid and Anas had told they both sustain bullet injuries during the violence, the investigation is still under progress.
