Several parts of Jammu and Kashmir received fresh snowfall on Monday as crowds in Rajouri and Srinagar cheered outside their homes.According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), light to moderate and isolated to scattered rainfall or snowfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning is very likely over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan and Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on Monday and Tuesday.About 475 roads were blocked, and electricity and water supply were disrupted due to snowfall in parts of Himachal Pradesh, news agency ANI reported.
