The dead body of a 77-year-old businessman was found in his own Goa villa.
It was February 4th when the incident took place in a Goa villa near North Goa’s Pilerne-Marra area, and almost 21 days later, the body was found by Goa Police in the same place.
The good news is that Goa police made their last arrest, Kunal Khatik from Madhya Pradesh, and sent him to court on Monday. The court has declared 7 days of police custody for charges related to the 77-year-old murder case. The other suspects, Neetu Rahuja, who was also known as Puja, and Jeetendra Sahu, who was Dhillo’s former employee, also got arrested by Goa police.
The body was found on February 4th, and it was identified that he was a businessman from Punjab named Narotam Singh Dhillon, also known as Nimms Dhillon. His jewellery, phone, and hired car are missing, and some injury marks were found on his body.
According to the police, Dhillo was previously known to Puja and Kunal from a social media platform and called them to his Goa villa to talk about a business thing, while Jitendra also sneaked in. They also added that maybe they were trying to shoot any video to extort money from him, but somehow Dhillon caught that, which conveyed to a broil. Then the accused strangled him with a pillow and took wings with his jewellery, phone, and the hired car.
