On Thursday, a car slipped from the road and fell into a deep wharf near Kishtwar District in Jammu & Kashmir, which caused the deaths of four family members and rescued a child with several injuries. According to the official report, the incident took place when a car rolled down a hill into a deep wharf in the Bhandarkoot area. In a press conference, the police said the injured had been shifted to the hospital for treatment.
Devansh Yadav The Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, stated that the victim is an employee of a health department who died along with his wife and two children, but the third child survived with injuries. He was sent to the hospital in a stable condition.
Several accidents happened on the hilly roads of Doda, Kishtwar, Rajouri, and Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir due to the bad condition of the roads and the driver’s high speed. The chief of the Democratic Progressive Party, Ghulam Nabi Azad, from the Azad Party expressed his condolences for this accident through his official social media account.
Before this tragic incident, almost the same accident took place in the Pogal Paristan area of Ramban, where a car fell into the wharf of Ramban. It caused the deaths of four, and two were injured.
